Pastor J. Richard Evans, Sr. is a young man determined to fulfill the mandate that God has placed on his life: To wins souls and to advance the Kingdom of God by building and training leaders. In 1998, the Lord prompted Pastor Evans to found a training center - Divine Restoration Ministries. As the name suggests restoration is a vital part of training. Restoration is the act or condition of bringing something or someone back to it's original position or condition. As a born again believer your job is to be a worldchanger. Pastor Evans takes every opportunity to bring leadership out of people, young and old.
